Daughters of the Moon - Sweat Lodge Ritual for Women

Tapping into the energy of Full Moon and the wisdom of changing seasons, we will reflect on the theme of nourishment, creation and celebration.

Mother Earth is teaching us, that it is a time of slowing down, resting, nourishing our body’s territory so it may become a fertile ground, nurturing the incubating seeds of creation.

How do I mother myself? How do I honor my relationship with my body, heart, mind and spirit. How do I celebrate what is already whole and holy and how I nourish those parts which need a bit more of attention? What am I ready do de-compose to give the nutrients to the soil of life?

Daughters of the Moon Cabana (Purification Lodge) Medicine is rooted in the linage of the Great Mother and the Four Elements, initiated by XamAM Alba Maria, Terra Mirim, Brazil. 

This is an invitation for women to enter the womb of Mother Earth, our source, the center of creation and destruction, to purify and bless our own womb spaces where beneath the surface of learned and lived stories lies the treasure of our wisdom, truth, intuition, dreams and creativity. 

We will connect with our womb spaces and heal from contaminated memories, releasing what is no longer serving us, re-programming ourselves, reclaiming our original imprints and remembering our feminine origin, touching our essence, so we can fully incarnate in this life on Earth as women, taking our place, manifesting our souls' dreams and purposes.

This is an ancient ritual. We are tapping into the ancestral wisdom of our grandparents; the human ones and the elements of earth, water, fire, air. The cleanse happens on all landscapes of our bodies: physical, emotional, spiritual, mental.

Cabana is very generous for those who are open to receive and ready to go through this sacred portal of life. If we are prepared to enter and metaphorically die we will leave reborn.

What to bring:

-a big towel

-a sarong/cloth

-a candle

-a power object which we want to offer to the altar (and take back home)

- an instrument (rattle/drum/flute) if you wish
