Join Keef for a weekly Sunday Ceremony to root into our soul-power, shine the light on our shadows and sorrows, uplift our life-force, celebrate community and give thanks and praise for all we have to be grateful for in this one precious life. Let’s dance for the sake of dancing and be creative with the material that life has so generously given us to play and pray with.

Let’s access our solar-powered vital life-force in a deeply nourishing and sustainable way. There is an abundance of energy available to us when we remember we are elemental beings intrinsically interconnected through the web of life.

Let’s choose the power of We - Together. Let Communion be the intention as we each show up fully as we are, unapologetically ourselves.

Keef will encourage you with poetic inspiration and rhythmic soul food and serve up an eclectic mix of tribal-rhythms, indigenous-inspirations, deep and afro house. We will give thanks and praise to this day, this life, this moment. This is the way we pray. This is the way we meet the day. This is The Choice, if you choose: Say YES to life today and dance.

Feel free to buy ‘drop-in’ tickets to weekly classes, or sign-up to one of our monthly 'membership offer' to gain ongoing access to other ‘live’ classes.

Designed to be a safe and welcoming container to come and be and dance who and how you are in each emerging moment, these classes will offer a variety of opportunities to explore your relationship with yourself, others, community and all of life.

Aligning with the vision of Bridging Worlds the intention is ‘Resourcing People and Planet’. The starting point for ‘resourcing’ is with yourself at the centre of your own circle.

Drop-in tickets: We provide 3 ticket prices to accommodate the range of peoples income.  Please select a ticket that you feel comfortable buying within your income bracket.  The more you give the more the artists, people and the planet are supported.
