Wake up! Dance. Awakening the Wild Dancer

Let’s get energised and access our solar-powered vital life-force in a deeply nourishing and sustainable way that starts the day with clear intention, focus and natural power. No need to push or force and no need to hold back. There is an abundance of energy available to us when we remember we are elemental beings intrinsically interconnected through the web of life.

We will start from the Earth of our bodies, invite the rhythms of our heart and melodies of the breath to align with the Water, Fire, Air and the Spirit of our true nature. This is designed to be an uptempo journey where we follow our own pace with the intention to meet the day in an authentic and empowering way, having shaken off any lethargy and shedded some of the weight of stories that don’t serve.

We will encourage you with poetic inspiration and rhythmic soul food and serve up an eclectic mix of tribal-rhythms, indigenous-inspirations, deep and afro house. We will give thanks and praise to this day, this life, this moment. This is the way we pray. This is the way we meet the day. This is The Choice (if you choose): Say YES to life today and dance.

Movement is the Medicine, Breath is the Medicine, Music is the Medicine, Gratitude is the Medicine, Praise is the Medicine.
