WILD DANCER -gratitude

Each workshop is self contained or can be woven together to form a deep soul dance over 6 months. 

Each month we will dance with the landscapes of the heart and explore embodied emotional navigation, resourcing and empowerment. These monthly workshops offer the opportunity to dive deep into the dance of being human, the dream of awakening and embodying our true creative potential. With an abundant medicine bag of Movement Medicine tools and teachings on offer we invite you to root deeply and resource yourself in these unprecedented times we are living through on our beautiful Mother Earth.

Designed to be a safe and welcoming container to come and be and dance who and how you are in each emerging moment, these classes will offer a variety of opportunities to explore your relationship with yourself, others, community and all of life.

The core movement practice I offer is Awakening The Wild Dancer, which has evolved from my Movement Medicine, shamanic and yoga practices and is a synthesis of many approaches to embodiment. My journey has been a wild ride from competitive track athlete in my teens, through hedonistic dances with addiction - involving ecstatic highs and horrendous lows - in my 20’s towards a journey of awakening and returning to wholeness in my 30s and 40s. I have been teaching as a fully qualified Movement Medicine teacher for over a decade and I am an initiate on the path of the mother goddess as guided by XAMAM Alba Maria (TerraMirim, Bahia, Brazil).  I bring 25 years of experience from multiple modalities. To support emergent soul-centric maturity and full spectrum engagement with life, I bring my ongoing experience as an evolving human being and student of life, wife and daughter. I provide intuitive support, creative inspiration, resilience resourcing, fierce compassion, humour, integrity, kindness and commitment. I offer Golden Soul Mentoring for men, women and couples, Golden Soul Journeys for men in nature, Bridging Worlds Circles for men (online), mixed group Awakening the Wild offerings with my wife Aluna and various classes, workshops and collaborations with respected international teachers, shamans and artists.
