I am a father, I am a husband, I am a son and I am a brother. I am a perfectly imperfect human and a student of life, fatherhood, relationship and shamanism. I am a poet, shamanic dancer, master of ceremonies and an awestruck devotee of the magnificence of life on Planet Earth.

I am a 'Son of the Sun' apprentice of XamAM Alba Maria (Terra Mirim, Bahia, Brazil). I am a first generation MOVEMENT MEDICINE Teacher and Yoga Teacher. I work with many medicines, especially Cabana (sweat lodge), Cacao and Rapé.

1-1 Movement, Medicine and Mentoring - with integrity, passion and humour, grounded in 25 years of personal growth, shamanism, yoga, men's work, Movement Medicine, community facilitation and ceremonial leadership.

Shamanic Groups and Community: Men’s Circles, Workshops, Retreats and Collaborative Gatherings - as Awakening The Wild and Bridging Worlds

My soul song comes through Visionary Poetry and Prose.

Movement? Movement Medicine and Yoga ( 20 years of experience).

Medicine? I work with many medicines, especially Cabana (sweat lodge), Cacao, Rapé and Movement Medicine. I have participated in countless ceremonies and initiations from many traditions in many countries from India to Thailand and USA to Brazil, including Vision Quests and Burial Ceremonies. I have also worked deeply over many years with many of nature’s plant medicines; including living with the Huni Kuin tribe in The Amazon, where my wife Aluna (aka Wioletta) and I were married by the Shaman Ninawa Pai de Mata.

Mentoring? I love exploring creative possibilities for growth, change and healing with individuals (as well as groups). I love to inspire passionate purpose and the poetry of presence. I love to support people to shine a light on ‘the path’, personally and professionally; through - intuitive support, creative inspiration, resilience resourcing, fierce compassion, integrity, kindness, deep listening, focus, commitment, encouragement and transparent accountability. Common themes are Vision-to-Manifestation, Experience-to-Integration and Shadow-to-Light. This is not psychotherapy, though it may be therapeutic. This is not 'coaching' though coaching may play a part.

SHAMANISM is at the core of this offering and the recognition that nature is our true nature, all of life is sacred and is intrinsically interconnected through the web of existence. Humanity - compassion, communication, relationship, humour, ceremony and 'being beside' are guiding principles. Play, prayer, creativity, movement, medicine* (shamanic in its widest possible sense), acceptance, presence and challenge are key tools.
