I am a graduated Movement Medicine teacher who has been working with this body of work since 2009 and have trained to an advanced level. I am a Ceremonial leader deeply committed to the sacred landscapes of the wild unbroken spirit of life, and to the transformational healing power of dance to reclaim our power that may have been lost within the wounds of the past and turn that into medicine to reconnect to our wild self and true heart.

I continue to immerse in deeper trainings with The School of Movement Medicine I have completed - Continuous Professional Development Level 1 Advanced Training in working with the Heart and the SEER Process (systemic essential energy retrieval) Level 2 Advanced Training in working with Movement Medicine Ritual and Ceremony, Level 3 Advanced Training in working with the Phoenix Process and Level 4 Advanced Training in working with Initiation focusing on the 9 life cycles.

I draw on over 17 years experience of using movement work to support and transform my own journey through life; first through Shamanic trance dance and embodied sacred dance in the natural world, Ceremonial Work, Later Five Rhythms, Conscious dance, Silent movement, The work that reconnects, and Pachamama Alliance Facilitator Training.

I also have a deep love for dance performance, ritual art and fire dance and have performed in Goa India, Hungary, Portugal and at Wembley Stadium London.

I have a deep background of healing and bodywork, have travelled extensively, and I draw huge inspiration and teaching from 10 years away travelling on the road. My journeys have lead me all around the world from the Himalayas to South America and beyond….

I have spent many months at a time living in jungles and forests connecting deeply with the earth and my place within the natural world; journeying with the Shaman in the Amazon and sharing life and ceremony with many incredible people along the way.
